Come and explore the fascinating world of botany with a survey of the NIU Greenhouse collection! There will be plants on hand from across the globe, as well as unique botanical finds (carnivorous plants--oh my!). Learn a bit about what it takes to be a botanist, and cultivate your green thumb!

An after school nature club is perfect for inquisitive minds! Club participants will work together to solve mysteries about the natural world through weekly themes, and hands-on experiments. Every time you join in on the fun, you’ll get a stamp on one of our Club cards; get 5 and earn a Club badge! Ages 6-10. This program lasts approximately 45 minutes-1 hour.
