Spring Wildlife Photography Competition

The Midwest Museum of Natural History is proud to announce its second annual Spring Wildlife Photography Competition!

This year we are offering three categories in which you may submit your original photographic works: Child (under 18), Adult (non-professional), and Professional. To be considered for the Professional category, one must own or operate a photography studio, business, or offer professional photography services for compensation. Those entering their works in the Professional category are ineligible to enter additional works in the Child (under 18) and Adult (non-professional) categories, and vice versa.

We will begin accepting entries on May 3rd, and all entries must be received by May 31st.

At this time, we are unable to accept digital entries, and ask that you prepare your entries in the format in which you wish them to be exhibited and judged. We do require that all entries be ready to hang or mount, and must not be larger than 36" X 36".

The entry form includes space for three entries, however, there is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. Simply fill out an additional entry form and submit all your forms at one time. Payment of $5 per photograph will be collected at the time of entry submission.

Winners will be announced on June 15th, and photographs will be displayed through August 31st.

The top photographic work in each category will receive an Individual Membership*^ to the MMNH (valued at $35.00) and one "Best in Show" winner will receive a Holy Stone HS160 Shadow FPV RC Drone!**
